SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LIGHT FIRE DESIGN. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Because our products are made-to-order by our manufacturing partners, processing times may vary slightly depending on production demand.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend heavily on your location and the specific manufacturing partner producing your item.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (Europe): 5 to 12 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (International): 10 to 20 business days.

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or peak seasons. LIGHT FIRE DESIGN is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

3. Multiple Shipments / Packages

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we partner with multiple specialized manufacturers across different regions.

If you order multiple products, they may be printed by different partners and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Our shipping partners generally require a physical address for secure delivery. We cannot guarantee successful delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or local pick-up stations. Please ensure a valid physical shipping address is provided at checkout.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours. If your order was split into multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking links for each item.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For customers within the European Union, all prices shown in our online store are inclusive of statutory VAT (btw).

For customers ordering from outside the European Union, LIGHT FIRE DESIGN is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (such as local tariffs, customs duties, or non-EU taxes).

7. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if a package is lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us immediately at lightfirehq@gmail.com.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photographs of the damage so we can file a claim with our manufacturing partner and arrange a replacement for you.

8. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to our manufacturing facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because it went unclaimed at a local post office, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
